• Requesting that correction, deletion or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• Requesting compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

7. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the periods required by processing purposes and legal retention periods. After the storage period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Application Method

You can apply through the following methods to use your rights under KVKK:

Your application must include information identifying you and explanations regarding the right you wish to use. Your applications will be evaluated and concluded within 30 days at the latest.
